This premium mushroom powder mix is made with Turkey Tail, Lions Mane, Oysters, and Maitake mushrooms, all known to have numerous health benefits. In addition to the mushrooms, this elixir also includes a blend of potent spices which work together to enhance the overall health benefits of the mix.

Nutrition Information 

We cultivate our mushrooms, and preserving their potential bioactive materials is our priority during the growing, harvesting timeframe, sun exposure, drying, grinding, and packaging processes. Each jar contains about 95% mushroom powders and 5% herbs and spices. There are no added sugars or preservatives in this blend. The following table shows the nutritional values per serving (~2 grams): Minerals in this mushroom blend include phosphorus, potassium, copper, iron, magnesium, zinc, manganese, and selenium. Elixir Day is an excellent source of several vitamins, including niacin, riboflavin, vitamin D, and pantothenic acid. You'll also get smaller amounts of folate, vitamin B6, and thiamin.

Serving Suggestion

Mix 1/2 teaspoon (2grams) of the powder with hot water or your favourite hot nut milk to make a morning tonic with the Avicenna Shroom Elixir. Stir it well and enjoy the warm, comforting flavours of the powerful blend.
