At Mushborn, we carefully pack every order to help ensure your products arrive safely and in excellent condition.
New Zealand Shipping
We currently ship orders within New Zealand only.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after payment is received.
Delivery times depend on your location and the courier service used. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking information will be provided where available.
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including courier delays, severe weather, public holidays, and other unforeseen events.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are correct when placing your order.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, this may cause delays or additional delivery costs.
Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, is missing, or you receive an incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible at sales@mushborn.co.nz, quoting your order number.
Where appropriate, we may ask you to provide photographs of the packaging and products to help us investigate the issue.
We will assess the matter and provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable New Zealand consumer law.
International Shipping
Mushborn does not currently offer international shipping.
We plan to expand our shipping services to Australia, Asia and Europe in the future. International shipping availability, delivery timeframes, shipping costs, customs requirements, duties, taxes and import restrictions will be communicated when international shipping becomes available.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this Shipping Policy is intended to limit or exclude your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable New Zealand law.
